  • BILINGUAL - English/Spanish a plus
  • Work using client management systems(s) to record client information gathered through conversations with client, SSA, DDS and others to aid in building client's case
  • Work with client and/or on client's behalf filling out forms necessary to meet SSA requirement (e.g. medical release forms, Disability Appeals, Hearing Request, etc.)
  • Manage client cases ensuring frequent updates via phone, email, and mail to client
  • Review client records to inform them of status and provide information on what the client can do to assist in building case strength
  • Contact various agencies (SSA, DDS, ODAR, etc.) to ensure that data in clients files is up to date and accurate
  • Review documents received from SSA, DDS, ODAR and take necessary action to ensure that client's case is managed to comply with all requirements of SSA
  • All clients sent MSS and told the importance of having treating physicians fill out and return the medical documentation
  • Assist with other department functions as directed by a supervisor
