About Lonnie Lischka Company We build the groundwork for large developments, land restoration, and infrastructure projects that keep communities running. We’ve built a team that looks out for each other and takes pride in doing things the right way. Around here, it’s not just about getting the job done well; it’s about working with good people and creating an environment where effort is noticed, and progress is rewarded. We work hard to provide for our families because we believe strong families build strong communities.

This role is a mix of admin, coordination, and problem-solving—you’ll be working with equipment records, fleet info, vendors, and internal teams to keep things accurate and up to date. No two days look the same, but that’s part of the fun.
