The Job
The mission of Sales Enablement at Own is to increase sales results and productivity by providing integrated content, training and coaching programs for all customer-facing roles along the entire customer’s buying journey.
As an Enablement Intern at Own, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Enablement team in various initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales enablement strategies, sales training, content creation, and data analysis.

Your Day-to-Day Role
Content Creation:
- Assist in creating and updating sales collateral, presentations, and training materials on the company’s internal site, known as the Hub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with the latest product features and sales strategies and sales plays.
Sales Training:
- Support the enablement training sessions, workshops and webinars for both new hires and ongoing skill enhancement.
Data Analysis:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to creating reports and dashboards that provide insights into the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
Your Work Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools.

Important Details
The Own Company Emerging Talent Program is a paid, 10-week learning experience in which interns collaborate closely on company projects and initiatives in their respective professional areas of interest. Interns also work in teams throughout the summer on a specific project, which is presented to our senior leadership team at the end of the summer.
This role will require you to work from our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the marketing team. Travel to events may be required.
