- Assist the Site Manager with overseeing Office Services and assist the on-site team with services provided.
- Coordinate activities for on-site staff.
- Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met regarding on-time delivery of services and quality of work.
- Ensure all work standards are met consistently by site employees.
- Order supplies for the department.
- Maximize productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures.
- Act as liaison to the client in the absence of the on-site manager.
- Manage, train, and coach employees and develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees.
- Greet visitors and employees upon arrival.
- Handle inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels and direct them accordingly.
- Manage identification badging and assist with access-control issues.
- Assist with client and employee parking, including daily stickers and parking permits.
- Escalate calls and requests as necessary.
- Manage meeting rooms for client occupancy.
- Manage meeting-room availability and scheduling through Exchange.
- Manage meal and coffee requests for client meetings.
- Manage milk and daily breakfast counts with the caterer.
- Prior receptionist or relevant experience.
