Requirements
- Bachelors of Arts degree or equivalent experience: 5+ years working as a PM with Creative output)
- 5+ years of creative project and account management for brand identity development and able to
- Provide examples of total project ownership
- Packaging experience working in CPG or similar field
- Proficient in MS Office, Keynote, or similar software
- Experience with JIRA, MS Project, SmartSheet, pr similar platforms a plus
- Expert knowledge of project management: Timelines, workflow, project plans, communication
- Managing expectations and delivering projects on time and in full
- Extremely detailed: Communication is clear and clients & creatives know the status, next steps and
- What success looks like
- Presentation: Leadership skills needed to present at a VP & Exec level as needed
- Innate problem solver: You are self sufficient in how you approach projects leaning on management
- When needed but always bringing solutions
- Ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Project manage our largest and most complex projects including:
- Review briefs to ensure they are on strategy & clear
- Build a project plan complete with detailed timelines
- Manage stakeholder reviews and feedback ensuring what we deliver is on strategy and
- Complies and aligns
- Lead & mentor the Creative PM team (2 reports). Run daily stand ups and play air traffic control for all
- Incoming projects. Work with the Director of Content & Operations on resource management
- Manage the Creative budget
- This role is instrumental in cross-functional visibility to our creative output and helping to ensure
- Holistic connectivity between all channels. There will be a 50/50 split between packaging projects and
- Marketing campaigns with a serious focus on digital marketing
- The role will initially require extensive process optimization and will then focus on maintaining these
- Processes in the long term
- Audit, develop and refine our processes for marketing operations and creative. Help define and manage our rhythms and cycles for retail and e-comm, helping to support intake, resource management, project management, meeting cadences, and process to share creative work to stakeholders & channels
