  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services, fund accounting and/or a back-office operations environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applications
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns; including a new application currently being deployed
  • Identify risk items, timely escalate to management with effective communication, write up official reporting, agree action plans and accountable for implementation
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues
  • Support the accountability for client quality of service and team work accuracy in support of those clients
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues
  • Support strong communications with internal and external clients
  • Support and research inquires related to internal and external vendor/client requests.
  • Drive effective collaboration and networking with other teams locally, regional and globally
  • Provide training and support to team members
  • As requires, take responsibility for operational tasks (Fed extensions, weekend testing, risk sensing reporting, ad-hoc queries)
