About The Role & Team
Come and help build for our next phase of growth! We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Sourcer to join us and who will help shape our growth - and be responsible for supporting hiring efforts across all functions (e.g. sales, marketing, customer success, finance, people) in our growing International (APJ & EMEA) business.
The ideal candidate is a team player, with a passion for getting things done with the utmost attention to detail - and who thrives in a very fast-paced environment.
Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and assist with scheduling interviews, sending status updates, managing the onsite interviews and booking any travel arrangements when required.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience for all candidates.
- Deliver the best possible candidate experience including prompt replies to scheduling requests and going above and beyond to make candidates feel welcome when visiting our office.
- Manage candidate interviews and coordination of onsite visits, including scheduling, securing conference rooms, and arranging travel. Scheduling is the top priority for this role.
- Creating offer documents, triggering and monitoring background checks.
Sourcing Candidates:
- Working closely with Recruiters to support live hiring campaigns.
- Identifying suitable candidates via proactive recruiting strategies (Linked In, Gem, Seek Out).
- Creating compelling social media stories and posts to attract talent to open roles.
- Generating interest in Amplitude and maintaining talent pools.
About You:
- Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
- Excellent written/verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members and candidates at all levels with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Current or previous experience scheduling interviews via Greenhouse or other ATS.
- Incredibly detail-oriented with effective time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous talent sourcing experience, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential - GEM and / or Seek Out experience would be a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
