Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to anticipate and address talent needs, drive organizational effectiveness, and create a culture of high performance.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Develop talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Deliver the bi-annual performance review process.
  • Develop and manage performance-based programs that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the department leadership team to establish clear performance metrics and targets.
