Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Nexamp when guests visit our space, greeting and assisting them as needed (no reception)
  • Ensuring successful operations in the Boston Office and maintaining a pristine office appearance
  • Acting as the organization's point person for outside vendors, building management, and service providers
  • Maintaining accurate records and budgets related to employee food/supply ordering, including tracking expenditures and managing expenses within budgetary constraints
  • Assisting with the development and execution of projects aimed at advancing company goals and initiatives with a focus on creating a culture of learning and recognition
  • Actively researching and proposing new, creative ideas to enhance the fun and engagement levels within the office
  • Coordinating brainstorming meetings with team members to solicit ideas for social events and activities
  • Assisting in executing office engagement events; educational workshops, learning days and wellness initiatives
  • Planning and organizing regular office-wide events such as parties, and milestone celebrations
  • Assisting in organizing new team member onboarding activities
  • Assisting in researching and identifying external vendors and resources
  • Taking the lead on creating and distributing communication materials to promote upcoming activities and events
  • Regularly gathering feedback from team members through surveys
