Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Technology subject matter expert for Laboratory IT systems and how they technically are configured. Expert client consultant guiding system O&M, design, development, and innovation with an advanced understanding of LE IT system requirements, system architecture, and reporting process. Establishes information requirements, using analytical methods, for enterprise-wide or largescale information systems. Designs architectures that include software, hardware, and communications solutions to support the total requirements, as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Responsible for maintaining overall visibility and innerworkings for all technical aspects finding the most efficient system construct either on-premises or utilizing cloud services
Required Skills / Experience:
• Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI if required
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business,
• 15+ years’ experience supporting IT systems in an elevated technical role with a firm understanding of network/system architecture, system and database engineering, and cloud solutions
• 5+ years’ experience leading teams responsible for O&M, software development, network and system engineering, and incorporating innovative solutions for Government systems
• Expert technical knowledge and experience of LE on-premises and cloud systems on both unclassified and classified enclaves
• Ability to reengineer existing network configurations, system architecture, and application source code to determine a modernization or transition strategy for technology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills able to confidently articulate and interact with all levels of Government personnel

The proposed salary for this position is:
$140,000—$220,000 USD
