- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience securing corporate or enterprise environments across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and network security, including at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Have built and enforced security controls in production and owned at least one significant security program end-to-end, such as an MFA rollout, device-compliance initiative, or SaaS access-governance project.
- Have strong daily mastery of GitHub, Terraform, and AI coding assistants such as Claude or an equivalent.
- Have deep identity and access expertise, including identity providers, conditional access policies, OAuth and application governance, and modern authentication standards such as passkeys and phishing-resistant MFA.
- Have strong written communication skills and the ability to carry a proposal from draft through cross-team adoption.
- Be fluent in English for written work.
- Be a French speaker or willing to learn French is a strong plus.
- Own corporate security programs from architecture through enforcement, including conditional access, phishing-resistant authentication, device compliance, SaaS and third-party application governance, AI-tool governance, and zero-trust network access.
- Ship every security change as code using Terraform and GitHub pull requests, with peer review, progressive rollout from report-only to enforce, and reversibility.
- Drive adoption across teams by writing technical proposals, aligning IT and business stakeholders, planning communications and exception handling, and implementing security controls without disrupting work.
- Evaluate and secure the SaaS integrations and AI tools adopted by employees, including conducting security reviews and delivering risk-based responses to shadow IT.
- Lead end-to-end incident investigations on the corporate perimeter and continuously improve detection rules and response playbooks in Elastic SIEM.
- Mentor more junior engineers and contribute to peer review and engineering excellence.
- Have detection engineering or SIEM experience, including writing and tuning queries.
- Have interest in platform security topics such as cloud, Kubernetes, and supply chain security, and be willing to contribute beyond the corporate perimeter.
- Have prior experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, fintech, or the public sector.

Published on Apr 17, 2026 We're excited to announce the launch of a new program in the health space, led by Doctolib, @Hôtel-Dieu (AP-HP), and Roche. The goal is simple: bring health innovations closer to where they matter most: patients and care teams. Based at STATION F, the "Care Forward" program is open to European startups with the potential to deliver clear, measurable impact on the healthcare system. The focus is straightforward but demanding: solutions that work in practice. Whether building in digital health, AI, connected devices, or care services, selected startups will be supported to test, validate, and deploy their solutions in real clinical environments. From diagnosis and treatment to follow-up and system efficiency, all parts of the care pathway are in scope, as long as the impact is concrete. Direct access to technology, clinicians, and patients. What sets this program apart is not just mentorship or office space, it's proximity. Selected startups will receive tailored, hands-on support from three key players in European healthcare: * Doctolib will bring its deep expertise in product integration, AI in healthcare, and practitioner workflows, helping startups build solutions that can scale across Europe and truly fit into daily medical practice. * @Hôtel-Dieu (AP-HP) will open the doors of Europe's largest university hospital system.
