Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial Training - Immunology team in projects related to training function
  • Assist training managers with Curriculum Development
  • Design, develop, and recommend training curricula and workshops based on adult learning principles
  • Work with subject matter experts to design and develop materials and training workshops
  • Engage with evaluating Adult Education techniques and onboarding strategies
  • Review current practices of the onboarding team and compare with adult educational theory
  • Create immersive virtual reality experiences for training materials
Desired Qualifications
  • A passion for education and interest in science
  • Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred
