  • 10+ years of experience in marketing-related fields. B2B experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in team management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing agencies and freelancers.
  • A deep understanding of marketing strategy and marketing plans.
  • Experience working with international teams and partners.
  • Excellent English and French communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience with the office suite, mainly PPT.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Curiosity and confidence fuel your innovative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, in both virtual and in-person situations.
Responsibilities
  • Feed off market insights to determine the best marketing strategy that will establish the desired positioning of our brand and product offerings towards our target audience of potential clients and contractors.
  • Create and deploy the multi-country marketing plan, working in collaboration with the Communications Team, Business Development Team and Delivery Contractor Teams.
  • Manage supporting agencies and freelancers in all active markets.
  • Identify marketing KPIs and track them over time to fuel iterative improvement via a test n’ learn approach.
  • Leverage the Intelcom | Dragonfly brand, its visual identity along with its tone and manner.
  • Guide the evolution of the corporate website content to ensure alignment with positioning and key messages.
  • Lead the conception and creation of necessary sales tools such as brochures, product sheets and pitch documents.
  • Ensure consistent client experience from advertising down to client onboarding.
  • Manage the Client Milestones Program (retention program).
  • Participate in the Marketing-Brand quarterly planning workshops.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends.
