  • 5+ years Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales experience, with a proven track record of helping to close large Enterprise deals
  • Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
  • Ability to connect a customer's specific business problems and ComplyAdvantage's solutions
  • Product Management or similar experience will also be considered
  • Demonstrated experience selling into large key accounts. ie, Renewals, Upsells, attrition prevention, expansions
  • The ability to think creatively in complex situations and provide value in the development of strategic plans for an account, whether for an existing customer or a new logo prospect
  • Preferably, but not required, is experience related to: Fraud, AML, KYC, Data integrations, SaaS, banking and financial services
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Understanding of API concepts, UML diagramming, and Agile development workflows
  • BA or BS Degree, or equivalent
  • Preferably, but not required: education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, AI or related. Relevant boot camp and self study experience will also be considered
  • Experience with GSIs (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, etc), would be beneficial, but not required

  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of ComplyAdvantage technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and supporting technical implementation
  • Build and deliver sophisticated demonstrations around ComplyAdvantage's solutions and products
  • Partner with salespeople to develop the strategy for winning a given Opportunity
  • Architect new and custom solutions (at a high level) to set the vision for how our products will integrate into a customer's infrastructure
  • Lead customer project scoping calls to gather business requirements, and engage with the Sales and Product teams to brainstorm and build solutions presentations
  • Provide, as needed, technical and industry expertise to other business units (non-sales) within ComplyAdvantage. ie, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, legal etc
  • Understand and share information about ComplyAdvantage's competitors as you discover it
  • Collaborate with team members to author responses to “Requests for Proposals” (RFPs, RFIs, RFTs, etc.)
  • Educate and train the Sales and Delivery teams on ComplyAdvantage's solutions
  • Mentor members of the team on technical expertise and consulting approaches
  • Support customer conferences by running demo stations or by acting as a scheduled speaker at the event
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position ComplyAdvantage in relation to them
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve ComplyAdvantage's products and marketing
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of Cloud infrastructure concepts. GCP or AWS certification is a plus
