Course Description:
Practical training in research methods in anthropology and their ethical considerations. Develop and undertake a guided research project on a theme chosen by the professor. Includes topical literature review, formulation of a research question, fieldwork using selected research methods, thematic analysis of collected material, and write up.

Requirements:
PhD in anthropology or equivalent training in anthropology.
Demonstrable track record of expertise in the field of practical training in research methods in anthropology in the form of previous teaching experience in the same or similar course or through publications in the field.
