Site Support Specialist

The Site Support Specialist provides a wide range of administrative support to our management team, new and existing employees, and the Senior Site Support Specialist with tasks ranging from simple to complex. This is an onsite, hourly role under the Service Contract Act which requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a SECRET-level federal security clearance after passing an in-depth criminal and credit background check.

You must live within a 90-mile radius of the National Visa Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire in order to be considered. 

Responsibilities

• Manage individual workflow effectively while improving processes related to your role.

• Meet multiple deadlines with ease.

• Assist with new hire badging.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Complete other duties as assigned. As this is a new role the more robust list of duties are still being compiled.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government SECRET clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Have advanced computer skills with a proficient or better knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma.
• Four years of business administration experience.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
• Have a strong written and verbal command of the English language.
• Show excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic, with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Pass a computer based skills test with a minimum score of 80%.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job. 
• You will primarily work in an office environment but may be required to work in other work environments as well.  

You must live within 90 miles of Portsmouth, NH.
