Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities
  • Sorting, organizing, packing, and unpacking household items
  • Collaborating within our positive team culture to establish best practice service to our clients and their families
  • Trouble-shooting issues and devising appropriate and sometimes creative solutions as they occur
  • Respectful collaboration with our leadership team
  • Ensuring your work meets Caring Transitions’ high standards of care and professionalism
  • Sort & organize through the contents of the client home
  • Actively participate with online auction preparation, photography, and item listings
  • Assisting customers with finding their auction wins in the house and helping to troubleshoot as needed with auction pickups
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior leadership experience or team management skills are a plus
