Requirements
  • A law degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to at least one state bar
  • 6+ years of experience as an attorney with relevant government, in-house or law firm experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • A solution-oriented attitude, a bias for action, the sophistication to interact with client teams at all levels, and a deep curiosity that drives you to dive into and help solve complex issues
  • Experience with privacy laws or advertising
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary privacy advisor for international advertising operations, helping ensure compliance with international privacy laws.
  • Develop, enhance, and oversee international privacy compliance programs.
  • Oversee privacy impact assessments and similar analyses of existing and proposed products, services, systems, and processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis on international privacy and advertising laws.
  • Partner closely with international teams to drive efficiency and maturity in our international privacy program.
  • Draft and update relevant internal and external facing policies, standards, and statements, where needed, to address international privacy obligations.
