Requirements
  • The candidate must have at least 10 years of professional experience.
  • The candidate should have a background in top-tier consulting, private equity, investment banking, artificial intelligence or product companies, or technical and operating roles at large enterprises or financial institutions.
  • The candidate must have experience working with customers or clients, leading discovery, building trust, and navigating senior stakeholders.
  • The candidate must demonstrate commercial instinct or experience, including thinking through value, pricing, and what it takes to win and grow an account.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated success driving people and process change at large enterprises, including operating-model redesign, workflow transformation, and adoption at scale.
  • The candidate must be comfortable with artificial intelligence and technical concepts and able to work closely with product and engineering teams while translating between technical and business audiences.
  • The candidate must be able to turn complex analysis into clear narratives and high-quality materials that move decisions.
  • The candidate must be comfortable moving between customer work, analysis, and operations and taking initiatives from zero to one without waiting for a playbook.
Responsibilities
  • Run discovery and engagement operations by leading structured discovery with customers, developing value sizing and product proposals, mapping customer needs, and running the day-to-day rhythm of an engagement.
  • Own engagements from kickoff to adoption by leading delivery sprints and deployment timelines, coordinating the cross-functional delivery team, and ensuring timely, high-quality, audit-ready solutions in regulated environments.
  • Partner with clients to identify high-impact workflow problems and define artificial intelligence-driven product features that address them.
  • Convert customer requirements and operational pain points into clear technical specifications and use cases for internal engineering teams.
  • Onboard stakeholders and engage users, lead the people-and-process change required for new ways of working to take hold, and gather direct feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with clients to deliver measurable program outcomes and own the commercial agenda within each account, building the trust and impact that expand the relationship over time.
  • Contribute to deep-dive assessments of target companies’ artificial intelligence strategies, data infrastructure, and technical maturity, and help shape plans connecting artificial intelligence capabilities to commercial outcomes.
  • Translate complex artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into actionable recommendations for investment committees, portfolio executives, and senior client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product leads.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting or delivering complex, consultative customer engagements.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams to scope technical work.
  • Technical or artificial intelligence experience, including comfort building with or alongside artificial intelligence tools and engineering teams.
