Requirements
  • Experience in performance marketing / search engine marketing (SEM), ideally in e-commerce, travel, or other high-volume business-to-consumer environments OR strong analytical background (data analysis, business intelligence, or quantitative research) with a passion to transition into SEM and digital performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid search campaigns profitably.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort diving into data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
  • Entrepreneurial drive — you think in terms of impact, speed, and ROI.
Responsibilities
  • Own SEM strategy and execution (Google Ads, Bing and beyond), managing large budgets with a ruthless focus on ROI.
  • Run constant growth experiments across paid search and remarketing to uncover new acquisition opportunities.
  • Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering to test funnels, landing pages, and creative at scale.
  • Build and optimize automation and tracking systems (think scripts, GCLID data, custom attribution).
  • Stay ahead of performance trends, competitor tactics, and growth hacks that others miss.
  • Drive measurable growth by improving conversion rates, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with automation, scripts, APIs, or technical hacks that give you an edge.
  • French language proficiency would be a plus (given Montreal location).
  • On-site in Montreal, Quebec.
