- Thorough testing and debugging skills using browser consoles and external tools.
- Experience developing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Experience working with third-party services and APIs, specifically Shopify plugins.
- Ability to prioritize personal tasks and dependencies.
- Typically five to seven years of web development experience.
- At least two years of experience working with the Shopify platform.
- Translate user interface and user experience design wireframes into code that produces visual elements of web applications.
- Own front-end development and Shopify configurations for multiple storefronts across a global brand.
- Develop new user-facing features for enterprise desktop applications, mobile devices, and tablets.
- Collaborate with design team members to shape user experiences using current technology, tools, and techniques.
- Build and leverage reusable code and libraries.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in development, product, and user experience.
- Convert PSD designs into pixel-perfect webpages.
- Ability to communicate effectively by providing proactive feedback to peers, the team, and the manager.
