  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, or Advanced degree with 0+ years of experience
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a regulated industry
  • Project management experience – Small to medium projects
  • Test method validation experience
  • Experience troubleshooting Electronics/Software in testing systems.
  • Experience in Process and Equipment qualification/validation
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
  • Experience with CAPA/quality systems
  • Experience with six sigma and root cause analysis
  • Experience with CFR 820
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize deliverables based upon project criticality.
  • Experience with a design control systems like Windchill/Agile.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in / Lead projects related to the transfer or development of service / manufacturing for small capital medical devices.
  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.
  • Design arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
  • Develop/diagnose electrical testing equipment and test software.
  • May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
  • Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
  • Develop manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations governing the manufacture/service of medical devices.
  • Develop/review validation documentation related to the implementation of manufacturing and service processes.
  • Perform / Coordinate performance of validation and qualification activities with attention to detail and ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams across the globe to develop/transfer processes from one facility to another.
