Program Manager 2

• Drive data infrastructure development programs, including data model and taxonomy design, partner with engineering to implement these elements into tooling configurations.
• Establish and maintain robust data governance programs and processes across Global Affairs.
• Conduct comprehensive data and technology assessments, translate business needs into clear and prioritized technical requirements.
• Develop and own tooling and solutions strategies and roadmaps for Global Affairs data (e.g., data cataloging), actively partnering with engineering teams like Legal and Risk Engineering.
• Clearly articulate business needs and priorities to engineering teams, influencing their roadmaps and arbitrating competing requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience using and building Data Models, Data Ontologies, and Knowledge Graphs.
• Experience gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to identify business needs and propose solutions, documented in BRDs and PRDs.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights from data.
• Experience within legal, compliance, regulatory, risk management, and trust and safety domains.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering and maintaining key relationships.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
