- Resolve issues that arise during the painting process.
- Paint steel racks using electrostatic spray guns.
- Maintain strict attention to detail and quality to ensure racks are painted with the correct color and thickness.
- Clean the work area and perform 5S daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous powder coat experience is preferred.
