- We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to join Fluence's Global Supply Chain organization. The Supply Chain Program Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of system level initiatives, including the coordination and management of diverse virtual teams, as well as supporting the Supply Chain functions for our new production introductions. This high visibility role will drive activities that are aligned to and contribute directly to our corporate goals. A high level of cross functional engagement will be required to support accelerated timelines delivering new products to market. The Supply Chain Program Manager will also be responsible for fostering a Lean environment and process improvement vision across the organization by eliminating waste and identifying inefficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience leading diverse teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
