Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years call-centre or hotel operations experience within a 4/5 Star Hotel/Hospitality sector
  • Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role
  • Hospitality degree
  • Advanced in writing and speaking English
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Attention to detail and service orientation
Responsibilities
  • Manages Check in and out for all hotel guest
  • Manages all transaction (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment)
  • Manages scheduling for front office, inventory management and assists with daily briefings
  • Participate in enrolling hotel guests into IHG rewards program and assist with all inquiries
  • Handle and anticipate all hotel guests enquiries
  • Responsible for the creation of profile into the system for all hotel guest
  • Responsible for all other ad hoc duties
