- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Information Technology or a similar degree such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least ten years of experience as a data architect, business intelligence developer, or business intelligence manager, with extensive use of data components and information management systems to determine platforms, processes, and procedures for a central data warehouse based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Experience integrating capabilities and information to address data security, authentication, and web accessibility requirements.
- Experience centralizing data from all data stores into a data warehouse and connecting the warehouse to enterprise business intelligence tools.
- Experience applying technology to transform complicated data into useful information using business intelligence software to collect, store, and analyze business intelligence data, with visualizations that present data clearly and accurately.
- Experience designing and developing solutions for dashboards, creating automated dashboards, developing multiple views, and integrating them into dashboards using predictive analytics and real-time reporting.
- Experience supporting and maintaining business intelligence backends, including data warehouses and data lakes, to produce machine learning and artificial intelligence insights for reporting and analysis.
- Experience leading Extract, Load, Transform processes across varied data sources to develop solutions for aggregated facts using metadata, manage high data volumes, and optimize data modeling and database solutions to support data governance and data democracy.
- Experience diagnosing and debugging operational issues for data warehouse and business intelligence support components.
- Team-based experience in software lifecycle management, including automated testing, documentation, code versioning, and change and configuration management.
- Oral and written communication skills to articulate complicated business intelligence concepts and collaborate with program stakeholders, including information technology and business program and project managers, data architects, data scientists, data analysts, business intelligence teams, cybersecurity analysts, and data quality management teams.
