- Support project managers in the planning and execution of engineering projects
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct engineering analysis and design for assigned projects
- Design complete projects or components of a project, and prepare complete project documents
- Apply engineering techniques, methods, and design criteria to support project execution
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- May assign work to junior engineers, technicians, or administrative staff
- May be involved in the mentorship and development of junior level staff
- May perform other duties associated with this role
