Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science or a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of professional experience in technical program management and/or engineering realms
- Shown efficiency in working with teams of engineers across hardware and software in a highly multifaceted and rapidly evolving environment
- Recognized ability to connect with and drive across multiple geographies and distributed teams from a remote site while maintaining effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to tailor your message to different levels of management and audiences
- Ability to follow-up and see things through
- Solid understanding of SDLC and the security elements related therein
- Experience in an Engineering or Technical role, delivering privacy and compliance
- Accomplished matrix management and technical leadership experience with broad detailed understanding of engineering development methodology, customer development cycles, industry standard methodologies and interrelationship between various engineering/marketing/sales/account management functions
- Adept at creatively solving problems, leading a change in direction and inspiring cross-functional teams to address most meaningful issues
- Able to adjudicate tradeoffs and facilitate discussion to quickly make strategic key decisions in solving technical program challenges, schedule crunches or difficult operational challenges gating project success
- Setting policy and implementing process improvement across the organization
Responsibilities
- Promote change and strengthen practices as subject matter authority on security within the software development life-cycle
- Work on sophisticated and mission-critical projects, using technical/interpersonal and organizational skills to plan, execute and drive all project results to success with quality and on time
- Recognize/Interpret risk, drive a mitigation plans, and strategically align project team with customer objectives
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to achieve repeat business/project success
- Provide keen insight in the development of NVIDIA security roadmaps and processes permitting comprehensive project planning, with key dependencies, checkpoints results identified at project initiation throughout project cycle
- Drive sophisticated projects soliciting inputs from senior peers/management to steer projects past obstacles/hurdles
- Project manage highly sophisticated customer or NPI projects from concept to post mortem. Projects involve new software and/or hardware technologies such as new platforms/chipset/Chip Architecture
- Drive successful projects that are typically very strategic in nature to the NVIDIA business or technology positioning and leadership
- Drive process improvement initiatives that are broad in scope and impact, requiring the contributions from internal and external teams
- Empower and align teams to shared objectives providing transparency through innovative communication techniques into project plans, status, and issues while quickly responding to changing requirement, schedules and priorities

- Represent NVIDIA in the best light at conferences, building a network across companies to ensure we are aligned with security standard methodologies across the industry
- Ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed software organization to enable or drive complex initiatives
- Familiarity with computer security concepts and topics, and/or familiarity with security incident response
- Possess a keen-eye for process improvement and continuous learning
- Initiative, persistence and determination in getting things done
