  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, information technology) with 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Or, advanced degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, information technology) with 3+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed transformation project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, operations, finance, and commercial.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Oversee data hygiene, manage user accounts, access and help ensure accurate and up-to-date information for transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and manage transformation program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources (human, financial, and technological) effectively to support transformation program initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress and measure success.
  • Implement effective change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption during program implementation.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the program team and across stakeholder groups by managing communication programs involving rewards and recognition.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the program and contribute to the development of best practices for program management.
  • Ensure all program activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.

  • SCRUM Master certification
  • PMP Certification
  • Expertise in SCRUM and Agile methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, processes, and frameworks (e.g., data visualization, predictive modeling, machine learning)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Project, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data management platforms
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing enterprise-wide analytics platforms or data transformation projects
  • Ability to navigate and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to use discretion when handling confidential information
