Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in multi-channel digital marketing (with at least 2 in an eCommerce business)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
- A great communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, strategic and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly commercial and results driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Define, and lead the execution of a best-in-class performance marketing strategy for the Shark & Ninja brands in the US, with the explicit aim of delivering consistent revenue growth. You will promote a data-driven approach and own the substantial performance marketing budget
- Daily collaboration with channel specialists to optimize omni-channel performance across all product categories
- Accountable for key performance marketing metrics versus our forecast with a focus on Revenue/ROAS/Cost% etc
- Develop strong relationships with our agencies and tech partners, ensuring we hold them to account in the execution of our performance marketing strategy
- Act as a champion for digital marketing knowledge and 'best practice' across the Digital team and beyond - fostering and developing a better understanding of digital marketing and strong integration of digital activities into omni-channel marketing campaigns to support omni-channel brand, category, regional and international marketing objectives
- Lead, inspire & develop our talented team of Performance Marketing specialists
- Own the performance marketing story/context, ensuring senior stakeholders' expectations are proactively managed
- Align closely with the marketing measurement team and ensure we adopt a data-driven approach to measuring performance
- Analyze and interpret performance data and deliver actionable insight in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate closely with a diverse mix of stakeholders to plan, implement, and drive successful NPD launch strategies across all digital channels
- Monitor and regularly benchmark performance/strategy versus key competitors
