As a Strategy & Finance team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Airtable by deepening our understanding of our business. What you’ll do

• Develop and own critical reporting and dashboards that provide transparency into the business
• Define and operationalize key financial and operating metrics for continuous measurement and reporting
• Analyze and synthesize data to drive insights in key areas of exploration
• Conduct research to answer strategic questions
• Develop a rigorous and detailed understanding of both our long term strategy as well as our core product and financial metrics
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison, thought partner, and execution partner to leads of Airtable’s Data Engineering, Product, Customer Engagement, and Marketing teams

Who you are

• You have 4+ years of total work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative experience
• You have prior experience in data analytics, data science, corporate strategy, or consulting roles
• You have a strong business acumen and judgment to scale and equip the business in a strategic manner and are an excellent communicator
• You are self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently, consider all stakeholder needs, and thrive in ambiguity
• A flair for visualization that communicate data and reveals insights
• Proficient in statistics and data modeling
• Comfortable with Python and software engineer workflows, fluency in SQL, and familiarity with modern BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Mode).
• A track record of getting stuff done with minimum supervision and shown success working with multidisciplinary teams
