Requirements
  • 10+ years in a design role at a media company, agency, tech, or similarly creative environment
  • Dynamic portfolio with a sophisticated aesthetic; innovative use of type, photography, illustration and graphics; and versatility in design, format and thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills to mentor, motivate and uplevel both senior & junior designers
  • Video & animation mastery; After Effects, Premier Pro, and 3D software
  • Positive, proactive and comfortable managing multiple people and projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Tapped into design, culture, and tech trends
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the Creative Services team
  • Foster fresh thinking and deliver innovative sales materials & communications that captivate clients from enterprise to emerging clients, and the ad industry at large
  • Serve as the go-to video expert for sizzles and case studies
  • Create a unique identity & collateral for bespoke events at Cannes, CES, and New Fronts etc.
  • Contribute in brainstorms for larger initiatives
  • Work with our Project Manager to identify daily priorities and ensure the team is meeting project milestones and deadlines
  • Mentor younger designers to elevate output & outcomes
