  • Experience in enterprise software product management
  • Experience in enterprise software technologies and implementation
  • Experience in the Master Data Management (MDM) space
  • Experience in the Product Information Management (PIM) space is a plus
  • Desire to be technology curious
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Previous business analysis, product management experience in enterprise software
  • Additional experience in the data quality, data governance, or data integration spaces is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements for the existing and prospect customer base through various research tactics
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high-level information into details
  • Interact with customers and key stakeholders to develop a complete understanding of the business problems and trends in target markets
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation, including functional requirements, business requirements, and use cases
  • Share and incorporate feedback on the functional specifications from all stakeholders
  • Ensure proposed solutions to new customer and market requirements are applicable to a broad audience
  • Perform ongoing business analysis and research on relevant markets and industries
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers on competitive analysis and market research activities
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand customer pain points and needs
  • Partner with Product Owners to elaborate on requirements and facilitate Agile Scrum requirements processes
