Requirements
  • A high school diploma, General Educational Development credential, or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team is required.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated small-business deposit and credit experience, along with familiarity with small-business operations, is required.
  • A general understanding of financial statements and financial concepts is required.
  • An understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Build, coach, develop, lead, and motivate the branch team to provide excellent client service and recommend financial solutions.
  • Ensure branch operations and compliance by directing and guiding the branch team on operational and regulatory procedures, security, audit procedures, and timely completion of operational tasks.
  • Lead the team through consistent execution of the Branch Playbook to achieve branch goals.
  • Acquire and grow small-business relationships and serve as a market leader in the local community or designated business area.
  • Engage in outside calling to small-business clients and develop Centers of Influence and community networks to identify prospective client referrals.
  • Grow the business through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, and lead the branch team in meeting activity, behavior, outcome, and individual expectations.
  • Lead and develop the branch team by ensuring understanding of products, services, sales and service processes, the competitive landscape, the bank's vision, and its values.
  • Facilitate partnerships within the branch team and with lines of business, focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing client relationships; manage internal and external Centers of Influence.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling for direct reports, recruit and identify talent, interview and select branch team members, and onboard and train new teammates.
  • Deploy teammates to other branches as needed to ensure appropriate area staffing coverage.
  • Deliver a consistent coaching and performance-management process through observational coaching, joint sales calls, growth and development, and training tools.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the branch team to ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls and timely completion of branch operations tasks.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities required to run the bank branch efficiently, including overseeing transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining security measures, and keeping accurate records.
  • Make decisions regarding client complaints, teammate conflicts, and branch operations.
  • Identify and assess potential risks, particularly when overseeing large sums of money.
  • Manage budgets, analyze performance, and make decisions based on financial data.
  • Tackle unexpected challenges and improve branch operations.
  • Set long-term goals and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, act professionally and ethically, avoid conflicts of interest, and act in the best interests of clients and KeyBank.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

KeyCorp posts Q2 net income of $472M, up 26% year-over-year with 7% revenue growth

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Alterra IOS secures $400M refinancing from Truist and KeyBank for industrial outdoor storage portfolio

Alterra IOS has closed a $400 million refinancing facility led by Truist Financial and KeyBank to support expansion of its industrial outdoor storage platform. Truist provided $225 million whilst KeyBank committed $175 million. The transaction uses an equity pledge structure rather than traditional property mortgages, enabling portfolio-level financing across 99 properties spanning 27 states. The portfolio comprises 551 usable acres and nearly 2.1 million square feet of warehouse space located in major US industrial corridors. This brings Alterra's total debt commitments across its discretionary IOS funds to more than $2 billion. The company has acquired over 495 properties across 39 states as of Q2 2026, positioning itself as a leading owner and operator in the industrial outdoor storage sector.
