Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS platform
  • Experience planning and executing integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared acquisition, product, and solution KPIs
  • Experience with small business owners; home service business trades preferred
  • Strong copywriting skills with an ability to translate complex material into comprehensible insights
  • Empathy for the customer
  • Creative problem-solver, motivated to test and learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prompt attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Impact velocity of customer acquisition by bringing new solutions, packages, and on-ramps to the HCP Platform to market
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Assist in developing and executing solution and product growth strategies using customer, opportunity, revenue analysis, and compelling self-service upgrade paths
  • Partner with product, marketing and other cross functional teams to drive product marketing strategies
  • Contribute to ongoing customer framework foundations including platform and solution positioning by segment
  • Analyze performance, business data, and customer feedback to generate insights about adoption and usage rates
  • Create compelling product messaging and content for various marketing channels including website, collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials
