Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a B.S in Human Resources or related degree
  • Open to Juniors, Seniors or 2023 graduates
  • At least one previous HR or Administrative related internship experience
  • Must be well organized, have high attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills needed to prioritize multiple projects to complete responsibilities in a timely fashion

Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of HR Generalist & HR Manager to provide administrative support to the People Operations team
  • Provide support to the HR Generalist in the administration of our new hire onboarding process (assists with weekly new hire orientation, running and filing background checks, form distribution and collection, etc.)
  • Collects proper I-9 documentation for new hires and provides documentation to HR Generalist in a timely manner
  • Update our internal systems with new/updated employee data including contact details and employment forms
  • Create and update physical employee records at our Wilmington office
  • Maintain confidentiality of correspondence and communication with employees and candidates
  • Assist with various People Operations projects as needed
