- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft Operating System problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications.
- Install and remove desktop PCs and monitors.
- Demonstrate OS troubleshooting, imaging, and builds.
- Work with Microsoft Operating System platforms including Windows 7 and Windows 10 (piloting).
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Have a valid driving license and be willing to travel, with mileage reimbursement.
- Experience or familiarity with Outlook PST files.
- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft Operating System problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.
- Perform OS troubleshooting, imaging, and builds.
- Coordinate remotely when possible to take over and resolve issues with clients.
- Remote take-over skills are a plus.
- Experience with Windows 10 piloting or early release environments.
