Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong experience in content creation and social media strategy.
- A solid background in digital marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills at the C1 level.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with social media and marketing tools.
- A valid U.S. visa is required.
- Ability to travel internationally for trade shows when required.
- Comfort working aligned with the Central Standard Time (CST) time zone.
- A portfolio demonstrating social media or content work is required.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content across all company channels.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Design and publish engaging digital content, including occasional print materials.
- Support email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Assist with trade show marketing initiatives, including directories, campaigns, and communications.
- Provide logistical support for events and trade shows, approximately 10% of the role.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies.
