Requirements
  • 5–10 years of delivery, program management, or consulting experience with clear progression into ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • A proven track record managing large-scale technical programs, with personal accountability for milestones, budget, and client relationships.
  • A strong consulting or enterprise delivery background, including comfort operating in client-facing environments where expectations are high and ambiguity is the norm.
  • Product sensibility, including the ability to engage with decisions about what should be built and why, and to identify when delivery is drifting from business value.
  • Disciplined governance skills without creating unnecessary bureaucracy or slowing the team down.
  • Clear, honest communication at the executive level, including the ability to have difficult conversations when delivery is at risk.
  • Comfort with the fast-moving artificial intelligence landscape and enough fluency to ask informed questions and recognize when the technical ground has shifted.
  • Experience managing distributed or contractor-based delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage high-level project plans, timelines, and budgets while maintaining visibility on schedule, cost, and scope without micromanaging task-level execution.
  • Track milestone health, including sprint goals, demo targets, and major delivery blocks, and report Red/Yellow/Green status in internal weekly syncs.
  • Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across engagements, maintaining a current view of potential delivery derailments and mitigation actions.
  • Participate in internal and client kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives, and steering committee check-ins.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before release.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for delivery, handling day-to-day project management, status transparency, and escalations.
  • Provide clear and honest reporting to internal and external stakeholders, focusing on material information and implications.
  • Build trust with client stakeholders through consistency, follow-through, and difficult conversations when delivery is at risk.
  • Track delivery scope and surface changes early, coordinating with the General Manager on commercial implications, the Product Manager on value and prioritization, and the Technical Lead on feasibility.
  • Own delivery-perspective change control, ensuring scope decisions are documented, understood, and agreed upon before execution changes.
  • Coordinate change management activities, including user guides, training plans, communications, and rollout sequencing, where applicable.
  • Ensure smooth handoff and adoption of deliverables, including client readiness to absorb what is being built.
  • Keep sales, product, and engineering aligned throughout engagements to prevent information silos and delivery misalignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes across engagements and contribute to the evolving delivery playbook.
  • At program scale, orchestrate delivery across multiple concurrent projects, Pods, and statements of work.
  • At program scale, define and implement governance structures, rituals, and operating models across workstreams.
  • At program scale, align individual projects with program-level objectives and value narratives.
  • At program scale, provide consolidated program health and insights to client leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • At program scale, identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues spanning workstreams.
  • At program scale, work with staffing to balance resources across workstreams and manage program-level capacity needs.
  • At program scale, coordinate security processes and compliance requirements across workstreams.
  • At program scale, partner with the General Manager so delivery excellence enables the strategic client relationship.

Tribe AI is the AI delivery layer for the enterprise that helps organizations move AI ideas from frontier models into real-world applications through a platform plus services approach. It works by providing a platform that connects models with production systems and a services team that designs, builds, deploys, monitors, and governs AI workflows, turning concepts into live features with end-to-end integration and operation. It differentiates itself by offering both a production-focused platform and hands-on services tailored to enterprise needs such as governance, scalability, and reliability, bridging the gap between advanced models and working business applications. Its goal is to enable enterprises to bring AI use cases into production at scale, reducing friction and accelerating real-world impact across the organization.
