What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of parts professionals to deliver top-notch customer service

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and positive morale

• Maintain optimal inventory levels - balancing availability with cost control

• Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products

• Provide accurate, timely parts support to technicians and customers

• Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for growth

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards

• Keep the department organized, professional, and focused on continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in a dealership parts department, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management - automotive knowledge preferred

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team aligned with a culture of respect, trust, and growth

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities

• Solid organizational skills to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with computer software programs, inventory systems, and HRIS
