Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a dealership parts department, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management - automotive knowledge preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team aligned with a culture of respect, trust, and growth
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities
  • Solid organizational skills to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer software programs, inventory systems, and HRIS
