Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Knowledge of dental services, insurance, or business through prior coursework or on-the-job training is preferred.
  • Ability to execute operational processes and use computer systems and tools.
  • Ability to understand profit drivers, use metrics to manage, and understand local market drivers and competition.
  • Ability to coach team members, build trust, tailor coaching to individual needs, and recognize improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Model company culture, values, standards, and operational best practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
  • Act as manager of the supported practice in the Operations Manager's absence.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and assign team members to specific duties.
  • Work with team members to develop patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
  • Create team focus on executing the Owner Dentists Clinical Culture to support the Perfect Patient Experience.
  • Assist in driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Provide feedback on tactics that affect financial and patient outcomes so the broader organization can benefit.
  • Ensure the office follows PDS standards for facility cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Lead and participate in daily huddles and other required meetings.
  • Make decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework while stewarding the PDS Brand.
  • Execute PDS processes, systems, and tools as a subject matter expert and contribute to their improvement.
  • Catalyze execution of the Perfect Patient Experience and HC Handoff to gain Patients for Life.
  • Support clinician education and referrals regarding the Mouth-Body Connection.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
