Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or program management support, prefer at least 1 year assisting or leading onboarding activities
  • Proven track record of work management, including being able to set priorities and schedules, execute independently, and problem solve
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to manage large groups of stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal daily supervision, managing multiple priorities
  • Flexible thinker, able to effectively learn, adapt, and prioritize quickly
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end onboarding process from when agents have been hired through to fully working
  • Serve as a POC for new agents and supervisors throughout the process
  • Utilize organizational tools to ensure efficiency and oversight of the process
  • Ensure agents are fully prepared to work, including tooling access and training
  • Identify and solve related onboarding issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate agent rosters
  • Provide scheduling support for additional training programs
  • Provide ad hoc support for workforce management program
