The Team and Role
Tinder brings people together. With tens of millions of users and a presence in 190 countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing. Our Member Experience team handles our global operations of customer service and trust & safety agents. They work to provide best in class support for our users while also helping to maintain a trusted place to make amazing connections.
We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Coordinator to join our Member Experience team. This person will manage the ongoing hiring of our global third party vendors This role will design and execute the end-to-end processes, coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding. This role will need to manage various onboarding stages at once and communicate with various departments and levels of the business. We are looking for someone smart, energetic, and ready to get things done.
Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two days per week. This position is located in Los Angeles.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage the end-to-end onboarding process from when agents have been hired through to fully working
- Serve as a POC for new agents and supervisors throughout the process
- Utilize organizational tools to ensure efficiency and oversight of the process
- Ensure agents are fully prepared to work, including tooling access and training
- Identify and solve related onboarding issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate agent rosters
- Provide scheduling support for additional training programs
- Provide ad hoc support for workforce management program
You’ll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative or program management support, prefer at least 1 year assisting or leading onboarding activities
- Proven track record of work management, including being able to set priorities and schedules, execute independently, and problem solve
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to manage large groups of stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal daily supervision, managing multiple priorities
- Flexible thinker, able to effectively learn, adapt, and prioritize quickly
