Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Ten (10) years of experience must include: Experience within a software development environment and managing a large team (100+ resources); Understanding Systems development Life Cycle processes and end-to-end testing processes, Quality Center, and other testing related tools to communicate with stakeholders on current status and needs of the projects; Experience with applications software, software engineering, and project management; Utilizing Data & File Structures, Object Oriented Methodology, Selenium, UFT/LeanFT, Perfecto Mobile, SoapUI, Python, Web-Services, REST API, Swagger, Java/C/C++, Linux, XML, and JSON to provide the quality engineering team with the ability to automate the testing of diverse sets of applications; Custom Automated Live dashboards for reporting productivity metrics and statuses of Epics/User Stories/Requirements; HP-ALM Test execution and Defect management; and Microsoft Office, MS-Project, MS-Teams, and MS-office automation Macros.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct software and systems Development & Quality Assurance (“QA”) activities for the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (“PBWMT”) Retail space.
  • Transform Citi’s Software Development and Quality of Testing procedures and its management of multiple testing environments.
  • Drive the strategic focus for software development and enhancement testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, and resiliency testing.
  • Interface with Engineering Managers on resource Capacity and Planning.
  • Manage Black Box Testing with some Gray box and White box focus.
  • Collaborate with other external Quality, Compliance, Risk and Controls organizations to perform end-to-end product quality checks.
  • Responsible for the identification and/or implementation of software development, process improvements and the use of automation in all stages of the Solution development lifecycle.
  • Responsible for strategic program oversight reporting and for significant contribution to future strategy of the group, including Project management, technical leadership, audits, check points, and other requirements.
  • Ensure that the Solution Development Lifecycle (“SDLC”) Methodology and Practices and Testing & QA principles are maintained, delivered, and applied across the Personal Banking Technology organization in compliance with corporate policy and best-practice standards.
  • Leading and being accountable for the development and execution of Quality Engineering, specifically, ensuring traceability from the Test Scripts back to the Requirements and Design.
  • Drive process standardization with consistent measures of progress, quality, and benefits across the Retail space to continue Citi’s drive towards a client centric organization creating product model principles.
  • Improve the timeliness in decision making across teams and escalate potential roadblocks, including developing a forward-looking view of critical interdependencies and critical risks, identifying mitigation actions, and identifying issues to escalate for Senior Management decision making.
  • Improve Citi’s interaction model and provide greater clarity and accountability between teams.
