Requirements
  • At least 5 years of consulting experience supporting manufacturing clients, including implementation, upgrade, and support experience with Epicor and/or Infor.
  • Experience training and supporting end users.
  • A demonstrated track record helping companies undergo major transformations.
  • Functional experience with finance transformation, including tools and processes associated with close and consolidation, financial planning and analysis, order to cash, procure to pay, or treasury management.
  • Functional experience with business transformation, including process optimization using business process reengineering, Six Sigma or Lean, process automation such as robotic process automation, and performance benchmarking.
  • Experience standing up and managing major project management office organizations, particularly in a Scrum or Scaled Agile model.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams that deliver services and solutions.
  • The ability to lead workshops, including gathering and documenting requirements and use cases and recommending envisioned processes.
  • Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance, or operations within the manufacturing industry.
  • The ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
  • The ability to define and articulate business benefits and costs.
  • Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities within the scope of application responsibility.
  • Willingness to accommodate up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities
  • Work with commercial clients ranging from growth and mid-size companies to enterprise Fortune 100 brands.
  • Deliver strategic advice and solutions to C-level executives on obtaining value from major investments and transformations.
  • Facilitate client working sessions, including executive and board-level meetings, large-group presentations, and requirements-gathering exercises.
  • Lead current-state assessments of business challenges and build improvement roadmaps.
  • Develop and execute clients’ strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.
  • Participate in business development across market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, and oral presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Contribute to industry perspectives on the implications of data and digital transformation, emerging technology, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory demands.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience managing technical development as a liaison between the technical team and the user community.
  • Certified Public Accountant, Project Management Professional, or Master of Business Administration.
