  • Experience in prior SDR, BDR, or lead generation role is required.
  • Great phone communicator with strong listening skills, confidence, and genuine curiosity to understand the prospect pain/challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting - Research & identify potential customers within target accounts and develop strategies to convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Cold calls - Execute a high volume of outbound calls to qualify prospects as potential customers and successfully schedule qualified meetings
  • Emails - Execute outbound email sequences via Outreach, developing creative messaging strategies to connect with prospects
  • Discovery - Perform thorough discovery to learn about the businesses of each prospect and the billing challenges they face.
Desired Qualifications
  • Commercial construction experience is a plus. You speak the language of the industry. You either worked hands-on in construction before, or have previous experience selling into the construction industry.
