We’re seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager (internally referred to as a Process Excellence Manager) to join our dynamic team in either our Lehi, UT or Plano, TX locations. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, designing, and executing macro-level operational enhancements within our Customer Experience organization. Reporting directly to our Sr. Manager of Knowledge and Service Design, you will be a critical partner in driving operational excellence methodologies that empower our business to scale efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess and strategically redesign the organizational structure and workflow distribution among operational teams to enhance efficiency and improve operational costs.
- Partner with senior leadership to align operational excellence initiatives with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing contact center operations, claims processing, service operations and member self-service.
- Perform and utilize data analysis to assess current processes and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to the business and develop mitigation strategies
- Mentor and train colleagues on operational excellence principles and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to operational excellence, service design and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
About You:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, and data analysis.
- Preferred: Health plan admin experience: amount of time spent directly or indirectly in healthcare, insurance, health plan admin roles.
- Experience working in high growth
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred, Black Belt is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives at the organizational level.
- Strong time management skills and the proven ability to set and achieve self-paced goals while working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to come up to speed quickly on the Collective Health business and processes.
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi, UT or Plano, TX office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
