Requirements
  • 5+ years of enterprise account executive experience
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in home warranty, insurance, home services
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
  • Leadership and multi-level management experience, strong communications and presentation skills, networking, and sales
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
  • Record of meeting or exceeding sales forecasts
  • Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our customers
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment were self-motivated individuals succeed
  • Proven track record of being efficiency driven, improving processes and sales strategy
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field
Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Lead in-person presentations to the leadership team
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process
  • Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation of new enterprise customers
  • Initiate, negotiate, and close new contracts with customers
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future product development
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide input on the growth of the business and align business development strategy with overall company objectives
