Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15 Personal Lines Producers
  • Continually construct and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
  • Help build, develop, and monitor KPI’s around monthly sales goals
  • Deliver performance reviews for direct reports
  • Work with the recruiting team to effectively hire new team members
  • Monitor proper headcount to meet forecasted goals
