Requirements
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role with strong mechanical and electrical proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical functions
  • Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) is helpful but not needed
  • Demonstrated skill in identifying root causes of issues and developing recommendations for resolution in a professional and timely manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work hybrid in Anoka, MN, and travel 50% or more if needed. Some travel may be international
Responsibilities
  • Provide sophisticated technical application assistance on Panel Shop Automation products
  • Complete machine installations at customer sites both in North America and globally as needed
  • Train customers on the operation of new products both onsite and remotely
  • Field calls to 1-800 number from both current and potential customers
  • Maintain a spare part inventory in Anoka MN, and facilitate order fulfillment
  • Work multi-functionally with sales and marketing to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Coordinating Sales demonstrations with potential and current customers
